🥦 Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons balsamic glaze or honey for drizzling

  • Optional: Grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, or lemon zest for garnish


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.

  2. Prep sprouts: Trim the ends and cut Brussels sprouts in half. Place in a large bowl.

  3. Season: Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Air-fry: Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Finish: Drizzle with balsamic glaze or honey (if using), and sprinkle with any desired toppings like parmesan or chili flakes.
