Air Fryer Cheesy Melt Sandwiches
📝 Ingredients:
- 8 slices bread (white or brown)
- 1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- ½ cup sweet corn (optional, like in the image)
- 2–3 tbsp butter (softened)
- 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
🔪 Instructions:
1. Prepare Filling
- In a bowl, mix:
- Shredded cheese
- Sweet corn (optional)
- A little mayo (optional)
- Salt & pepper
2. Assemble Sandwiches
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place filling between two slices (butter side facing outward).
- Gently press.
3. Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
- Place sandwiches in basket lined with parchment paper.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
4. Serve
- Remove, cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
- Cheese should be melted and gooey inside 🤤
