👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Potatoes
Wash and peel potatoes (peeling optional).
Cut into thin, even French fry shapes.
2️⃣ Soak (Highly Recommended)
Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Drain and pat completely dry with a towel.
3️⃣ Season
In a large bowl, toss fries with:
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs
Mix until evenly coated.
4️⃣ Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 180°C / 360°F for 3 minutes.
Arrange fries in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Extra Crispy Finish
Increase temperature to 200°C / 400°F
Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.

While fries cook, sauté minced garlic in 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for 20–30 seconds (do not burn).
Toss hot fries in the garlic butter immediately after cooking.
