Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
Β½ tsp paprika (optional)

Preheat air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Remove basket and brush with more oil/butter.

4. Add Cheese (Optional)
Sprinkle Parmesan over the potatoes during the last 3β5 minutes of cooking.
5. Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives.
Serve hot with sour cream, garlic yogurt sauce, or ketchup.
β Tips for Best Results
Smaller potatoes cook more evenly.
If slices arenβt opening, gently fan them out with a fork halfway through cooking.
For extra crispiness, lightly spray with oil at the end.
