🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2–3 slices thick-cut sourdough, whole grain, or artisan bread

  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

Toppings

  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries (roughly chopped if large)

  • ¼ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for drizzle)

  • Optional: red pepper flakes or balsamic glaze

1️⃣ Toast the Bread

  • Toast bread until golden and crisp.

  • For extra crunch, brush lightly with olive oil before toasting.


2️⃣ Prepare the Avocado

  1. Mash avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Keep slightly chunky for better texture.


3️⃣ Toast the Walnuts
