Ingredients
- 50 Oreo Cookies
- ½ cup butter, unsalted and melted
- 1 pkg cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tubs Cool Whip whipped topping
- 2 small boxes of Instant Chocolate flavor pudding mix
- 2 ½ cups milk
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Lightly spray the bottom of a 9×13 cake pan
Using a processor, place the cookies in and crush them into a fine mix
Remove ¾ cup of the Oreo crumbles and set to the side
Add the melted butter into the rest of the cookies and stir to blend
SECOND STEP:
Press this cookie mix into the bottom of the cake pan and place into the freezer while preparing the next layer
Beat the cream cheese and the powdered sugar together until fluffy
Carefully fold in one tub of Cool Whip[ whipped topping, do not beat as it will flatten the whipped topping.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly
THIRD STEP:
In another bowl beat together the milk and the two boxes of pudding mix, beat for about 2 minutes
FOURTH STEP:
Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer
Spread the remaining tub of Coolwhip over the pudding layer, spread evenly
Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the top
Refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours before serving
