🍎 Baked Apple Pie Roll-Ups (Apple Pie Chimichangas)

Ingredients

  • 1 pack small tortillas (street taco size or 6-inch)

  • 1 can apple pie filling (no-sugar-added or regular)

  • 2–3 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

  • Cinnamon sugar mixture:

    • 2 tbsp sugar

    • 1 tsp cinnamon

(Optional):

  • Caramel sauce

  • Powdered sugar

  • Extra apples or nuts inside


Instructions

1. Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

  • Lightly grease or spray a baking pan.


2. Fill the Tortillas

  1. Lay out each tortilla.

  2. Spoon 1–2 tbsp apple pie filling into the center.

  3. Fold the sides inward and roll up like a burrito.

  4. Place seam-side down in the baking pan.


3. Brush + Sprinkle

  • Brush tops lightly with melted butter.

  • Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over each roll.


4. Bake

Bake for 12–18 minutes, or until:
βœ” the tortillas are lightly golden
βœ” the filling begins to bubble at the edges

For crispier roll-ups, broil an extra 1–2 minutes at the end.


5. Serve

Serve warm with:

  • Caramel drizzle

  • Vanilla ice cream

  • Extra cinnamon sugar

  • Whipped cream


⭐ Tips

  • Want less carbs? Use low-carb tortillas like in your picture.

  • Want them crispier? Brush more butter or air-fry at 375Β°F for 6–8 minutes.

  • You can also add a little cream cheese inside for a richer version.
