1 head of cabbage

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove any outer leaves from the cabbage and trim the stem end, leaving the core intact.

Slice the cabbage into thick “steaks” by cutting it vertically into 1-inch thick slices.
