Ingredients
- 6 sandwich rolls, sliced lengthwise, but leave long side attached
- 18 slices deli ham
- 18 slices Genoa salami
- 18 slices mortadella
- 1 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 slices provolone cheese
For serving:
- Italian dressing
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Pepperoncinis
- Sliced tomatoes
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish, sliced side up. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.
- Fold ham and place in rolls, 2-3 slices per roll. Continue with salami and mortadella, again 2-3 slices per roll.
- Place banana peppers on top of meat, then break each slice of provolone in half and place on top.
- Return to oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with Italian dressing and desired toppings. Enjoy!
