Bang Bang Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons green onions (for garnish)
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to your spice preference)
1 teaspoon honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon:
Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the Salmon:
Grill or bake the salmon fillets for about 10–12 minutes or until they flake easily with a fork. If grilling, cook skin-side down for extra crispiness.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth and well-combined.
Serve:
Once the salmon is cooked, place it on a serving platter.
Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce generously over the salmon.
Garnish with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.
Optional:
Serve with steamed vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
