Bowl of Egg Roll

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground pork, cooked and drained of any fat 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh minced ginger 2 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped and divided in half 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

FIRST STEP:

In a skillet, crumble and cook until the meat is cooked thoroughly, drain if needed

SECOND STEP:

Add in ½ the green onion, oil and vinegar and cook for one minute

THIRD STEP:

Stir in the garlic, hoisin sauce, ginger, cole slaw mix, soy sauce and Cook until the cabbage is wilted

FOURTH STEP:

Stir in the remaining green onion and season to taste with salt and pepper
