In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, and butter until light and creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and bananas, and mix until fully incorporated.
In a small bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and wheat germ, then slowly mix mixture into the wet ingredients.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 22-25 minutes or until cooked through the center.
Let cool 30 minutes before slicing. Store in the fridge for best results.
