Broccoli, Carrot & Mushroom Stir-Fry

🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced (or julienned)
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1–2 tbsp oil (olive or sesame)
🧄 Aromatics
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
🥣 Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or sugar
- 1–2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
🌱 Garnish
- Sesame seeds or green onions
🔪 Instructions
1. Prep First
Have everything chopped and sauce mixed—stir-frying moves fast.
2. Heat the Pan
- Use a wok or large pan on medium-high heat
- Add oil and let it get hot
3. Cook Aromatics
- Add garlic + ginger
- Stir for 20–30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn)
4. Add Vegetables (in order)
- Start with carrots (they take longer) → 2 minutes
- Add broccoli → stir-fry 2–3 minutes
- Add mushrooms → cook another 2 minutes
👉 Keep stirring so nothing sticks
5. Sauce & Steam
- Pour in sauce + water
- Toss everything well
- Cover for 1–2 minutes to lightly steam
6. Finish
- Remove lid, cook another minute to reduce sauce
- Sprinkle sesame seeds or green onions
