4 tbspĀ cream cheeseĀ (softened)
4 tbspĀ beef gelatin powder
(or collagen powder)¼ cup water or milk (adjust for thin batter)
Pinch ofĀ saltĀ (optional)
For Cooking
Butter or beef tallow (for pan)
Ā Instructions
Ā Blend Batter
Add to blender:
Eggs
Cream cheese
Gelatin
Water/milk
Salt (if using)
Blend untilĀ completely smoothĀ Batter should beĀ thin and pourableĀ like classic crepe batter
Ā Heat Pan
Heat non-stick skillet onĀ medium-low
Lightly grease with butter or tallow
Ā Cook Crepes
Pour ¼ cup batter into pan
Quickly swirl pan to spread thin
CookĀ 30ā45 secondsĀ until set
Flip gently and cookĀ 15ā20 seconds
Remove and stack on plate
Repeat with remaining batter
