Carnivore Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
Ingredients (4–6 servings)
1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 works best)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but tasty)
¾ cup sugar-free pizza sauce or heavy cream (see note below)
20–30 slices pepperoni (check for sugar-free if strict carnivore)
2 oz cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper (optional)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional; skip for strict carnivore)
Instructions
Preheat oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C).Cook the beef
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Season with salt (and pepper if using).
Drain excess grease if needed.
Make it creamy (optional step)
Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Add pizza sauce or heavy cream and mix well.
Assemble the casserole
Spread beef mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar on top.
Layer pepperoni slices across the surface.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 18–22 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
Rest & serve
Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve hot.
