Carnivore Pizza Crust (Beef & Cheese)Ingredients (1 medium pizza)
1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
Optional (omit for strict carnivore):
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Make the Crust
In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, and seasonings.
Press mixture into a thin round pizza shape (¼-inch thick).
Make edges slightly thicker for a crust.
Bake & Drain
Bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked and lightly browned.
Remove and carefully drain excess fat.
Add Cheese Layer
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the crust.
Bake Again
Return to oven for 6–8 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for crispy edges.
Rest & Slice
Rest 3 minutes, slice, and enjoy
Ultra-Crispy Tip
After first bake, flip crust and bake 5 more minutes before adding cheese.

Chicken Crust
1 lb finely ground chicken
1 egg
½ cup Parmesan
Bake 15 minutes, flip, bake 5 more
Cheese-Only Crust
1½ cups mozzarella + ½ cup Parmesan
Bake until golden & firm
