INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef 80/20
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ⅓ Cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 14- ounce ready-made pizza dough
- 2 Cups gouda cheese
- ½ Cup chopped onions
- 6-7 dill pickles
- ¼ Cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ Cup diced tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
- First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees.
- In a nonstick skillet, press the pizza dough along the sides.
- Brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper on medium heat.
- Cook for about 5-8 minutes.
- Add the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl until combined. Brush the pizza dough with the ketchup-mustard glaze and top with ground beef.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese and diced onions. Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickle slices before serving.
