Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 c diced yellow onions
1 c diced green peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
10.5 ounces condensed cheddar cheese soup
10.5 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
20 ounces frozen crinkle cut fries
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F. To get it ready for baking.
Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef. Until it’s fully browned.
Add Veggies: Stir in the onions. And green peppers to the skillet. With the beef. Cooking until they’re slightly softened.
Drain Fat: Remove any excess grease from the skillet. To keep the casserole from being too oily.
