Cheesy Garlic Bacon Pull-Apart Bread Ring
Ingredients
- 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan or line a baking sheet if shaping into a ring.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Cut each biscuit into halves or quarters.
- Toss the biscuit pieces with the garlic butter mixture.
- Stuff each piece with a little mozzarella, cheddar, and crumbled bacon.
- Arrange the stuffed dough pieces in a ring, slightly overlapping them.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese, bacon, and Parmesan over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
