Cheesy Garlic Bacon Pull-Apart Bread Ring

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Optional Dipping Sauces

  • Warm marinara sauce
  • Ranch dressing
  • Garlic butter
  • Cheese sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan or line a baking sheet if shaping into a ring.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Cut each biscuit into halves or quarters.
  4. Toss the biscuit pieces with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Stuff each piece with a little mozzarella, cheddar, and crumbled bacon.
  6. Arrange the stuffed dough pieces in a ring, slightly overlapping them.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese, bacon, and Parmesan over the top.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips

  • Add diced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
  • Swap bacon for cooked sausage or pepperoni for a different flavor.
  • Brush with extra garlic butter immediately after baking for an even richer finish.
  • Serve fresh from the oven for the best gooey cheese pull.
