2 cups raw cabbage, finely shredded (about 1/4 head)
1/4 cup (1/2 stalk) celery thinly sliced
1/8 cup finely diced cup green bell peppers
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sugar
pinch salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350˚F. In medium bowl combine 1 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese with remaining ingredients.
Pour casserole into a greased 9”x9” baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and cheese is completely melted. Serve with bread, crackers, or over rice.
