💡 Why This May Help Circulation

  • Beetroot contains nitrates that may convert to nitric oxide, which can help relax blood vessels and improve blood flow
  • Ginger may support circulation and reduce inflammation
  • Lemon adds vitamin C and freshness
  • Apple balances taste and adds antioxidants

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Beetroot can temporarily lower blood pressure → be careful if you already have low blood pressure
  • It can turn urine or stool red—this is normal
  • Don’t rely on juice alone—balanced diet and lifestyle matter

🧠 Extra Support for Circulation

Along with this drink, you may benefit from:

  • Regular walking or light exercise
  • Staying hydrated
  • Reducing long sitting periods
  • Eating foods rich in omega-3 (like fish, walnuts)
  • Managing blood sugar levels
