Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients
250 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 chicken breasts, sliced
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 cloves garlic, minced)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Cook Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.Cook Chicken
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.Cook Broccoli
In the same pan, add broccoli with a splash of water. Cook for 2–3 minutes until tender but bright green.Make Creamy Sauce
Lower heat. Add cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.Combine
Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan. Toss well. Add reserved pasta water if needed for extra creaminess.Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
Tips
Use chicken thighs for juicier pasta
Don’t overcook broccoli to keep it fresh and green
