Creamy Crab Salad (Seafood Salad)

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 cups imitation crab meat (shredded or chopped)
  • 1 cup celery (finely sliced)
  • ¼ cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare ingredients

  • Shred or chop the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice celery thinly and finely chop onion.

2. Make the dressing

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.

3. Combine everything

  • Add crab meat, celery, onion, and dill to the bowl.
  • Gently mix until everything is evenly coated.

4. Chill & serve

  • Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes (this helps flavors blend).
  • Serve cold.
