Creamy Crab Salad (Seafood Salad)
🧂 Ingredients
- 2 cups imitation crab meat (shredded or chopped)
- 1 cup celery (finely sliced)
- ¼ cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare ingredients
- Shred or chop the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice celery thinly and finely chop onion.
2. Make the dressing
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
3. Combine everything
- Add crab meat, celery, onion, and dill to the bowl.
- Gently mix until everything is evenly coated.
4. Chill & serve
- Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes (this helps flavors blend).
- Serve cold.
