Creamy Garlic Parmesan Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients :
1 pound brussel sprouts half
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :
Cook the bacon:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5
Remove turkey bacon from pan and set aside, leaving drops in pan.
Let the Brussels Sprouts go:
Half the brussel sprouts to the skillet.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are golden and tender.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes more until fragrant.
Make the creamy sauce:
Pour heavy cream in the skillet with brussel sprouts and garlic.
Simmer and bake for 2-3 minutes until cream thickens slightly.
Stir the grated Parmesan and grated mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
Combine and serve:
Add the crispy turkey bacon to the skillet and stir to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
