🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Batter
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla—mix well.
- Add semolina, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix into a smooth batter.
- Let it rest for 10–15 minutes (so semolina softens).
2️⃣ Bake
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a baking dish and pour in batter.
- Sprinkle sugar evenly on top (this creates the crispy crust).
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
3️⃣ Cool & Cut
- Let it cool completely.
- Cut into square pieces like in the picture.
