🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made flatbread (store-bought or homemade)

  • 4 oz (115 g) Brie cheese, sliced thinly

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • ½ cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Flatbread

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness.


2️⃣ Add Toppings

  • Arrange Brie slices evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around edges.

  • Scatter dried cranberries and chopped roasted almonds over the Brie.

  • Lightly season with salt and black pepper.


3️⃣ Bake

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until the flatbread is golden and crispy, and the Brie is melted and bubbly.


4️⃣ Finish & Serve

  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the hot flatbread.

  • Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs if using.

  • Slice and serve warm.
