Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 boneless center cut pork chops
  • 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

    • Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray. Add the pork chops to the crockpot.
  • Whisk together the cream soup and ranch seasoning and pour over the pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Remove pork chops from the crockpot and whisk the sauce well.
  • Serve pork chops with sauce spooned over the top.

TIPS & NOTES:

All crockpots cook a bit differently and some run hotter/cooler than others. The time will vary a bit, but we’ve found that 4 hours on low produces super tender pork chops that you can easily cut with a fork in our specific crockpot.

Be sure to use ranch seasoning and not ranch dip. The dip has a lot more sodium than  the seasoning and will make for a saltier finish.

We serve this over mashed potatoes or rice with the gravy spooned over the top.
