3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef

2β2Β½ lbs beef stew meat (raw, cubed chuck works best)
1 packet dry onion soup mix (about 1 oz)
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
(Optional: Β½ cup water or beef broth if you prefer extra gravy.)

1οΈβ£ Add to Slow Cooker
Place the raw cubed beef directly into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
Spoon the cream of mushroom soup on top.
2οΈβ£ Stir (Lightly)
Gently mix just enough to coat the beef. No need to fully blend.
3οΈβ£ Cook
Low: 7β8 hours
High: 4β5 hours
Cook until the beef is fork-tender.
4οΈβ£ Serve
Stir before serving to create a thick gravy.
Serve over:
Mashed potatoes
