Ingredients:
01 – 1 ½ lbs. Ground Beef.
02 – 2 Cans Tomato Sauce (15 oz. each).
03 – 8 oz. Cream Cheese.
04 – 8 oz. Sour Cream.
05 – 8 oz. Egg Noodles.
06 – 1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded.
07 – 2 tsp. Minced Garlic.
08 – 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning.
09 – 1 tsp. Sugar.
10 – Salt and Pepper to taste.
Instructions:
01 – Preheat your oven to 350°F.
02 – In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Add Italian seasoning and garlic to the beef; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
03 – Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper; cook for 3-5 minutes.
04 – In a bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese.
05 – Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
06 – In a 9×13 baking dish, layer half the noodles, followed by half the cream cheese mixture, and then half the beef mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top layer.
07 – Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
