Ingredients
- 3 cup Chicken (Shredded)
- 8 Flour Tortillas
- 2 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese (Shredded)
- 3 tbsp. Flour
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Can Green Chilis (Diced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and the flour together. Stir to combine, and saute until smooth.
- Pour in the chicken broth and sour cream until combined.
- Mix in the green chilis and salt to taste. Bring to a boil and allow to thicken.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, a cup of the cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill each tortilla with some of the chicken mixture, roll them closed and line them in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Top the tortillas with the sauce and bake for 20-25 minutes.
