Easy Italian Compound Butter
This Italian compound butter is a real hit because you can spread your bread, burgers, or mini sandwiches. You can spread some of this fantastic Italian compound butter on a slice of bread and bake it slightly in the oven.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Unsalted butter 2 sticks, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons pepperoni slices finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- baguette or French roll
