🍋 Simple Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or garlic powder
