Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters
📝 Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
For coating (optional but delicious):
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Mix yogurt base
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract
- Stir until smooth and creamy
2. Add blueberries
- Gently fold in blueberries
- If using frozen blueberries, no need to thaw
3. Form clusters
- Line a tray with parchment paper
- Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray (cluster shape)
4. Freeze
- Place in freezer for 1–2 hours or until completely firm
5. Optional chocolate coating
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (microwave in 20–30 sec intervals)
- Dip or drizzle over frozen clusters
6. Freeze again
- Return to freezer for 10–15 minutes until chocolate sets

- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
