Garlic Butter Beef & Spinach Tortellini
🌟 Ingredients
- 250–300g cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 250g ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup heavy cream (optional for creamy version)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Tortellini
- Bring salted water to a boil.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions (usually 3–5 minutes).
- Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Remove excess grease if needed.
3. Make Garlic Butter Base
- Add butter to the same pan.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add Spinach
- Toss in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
5. Make it Creamy (Optional)
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
6. Combine Everything
- Add cooked tortellini to the pan.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Sprinkle chili flakes if you like a little heat.

- Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad
- Add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor
- Top with extra Parmesan before serving
