🛒 Ingredients
For the filling:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion (finely diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the rollups:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Sesame seeds (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook 1–2 minutes more.
Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles (or roll pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into strips).
3️⃣ Fill & Roll
Add a spoonful of beef mixture and sprinkle cheddar on each piece.
Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a lined baking tray.
4️⃣ Garlic Butter Topping
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
Brush generously over rollups. Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
