🍽️ Serving Suggestions
- Serve warm in bowls (slightly brothy texture is ideal)
- Pair with:
- Simple cucumber salad
- Steamed greens
- Flatbread or naan
💡 Tips & Variations
- Extra creamy: Add more coconut milk and keep it slightly soupy
- Vegetable boost: Add carrots, peas, or spinach
- Spicier: Add curry paste or chili flakes
- Low-carb option: Replace rice with cauliflower rice (cook separately)
- Richer flavor: Use bone-in chicken for deeper broth
⚡ Pro Tip
Rinse jasmine rice until water runs clear—this prevents stickiness and keeps grains fluffy while still absorbing the aromatic broth.
