½ cucumber, grated

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
¼ tsp salt

Step 1: Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean towel.
In a bowl, mix:

lemon juice
olive oil
dill
salt & pepper
Stir well and refrigerate while preparing the meatballs.
Step 2: Make the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl combine:
