🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and coat well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (longer = more flavor).
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and salt.
Stir in grated cucumber if using.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
3️⃣ Grill the Chicken
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grates.
Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
4️⃣ Warm the Pitas
Heat pitas briefly on the grill or in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
5️⃣ Assemble the Wraps
Spread garlic yogurt sauce down the center of each pita.
Add sliced chicken.
Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and feta.
Add extra sauce if desired.
Fold tightly and wrap in parchment if serving on-the-go.
🌿 Extra Flavor Tips
Add olives for a briny bite.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Drizzle with a little extra olive oil before rolling.
