One of my goals with this site is to show my cookies how to cook quality restaurant meals in your own kitchen. Good food seems intimidating. Especially when chefs flip eggs in hats, light fires, and juggle spatulas! Coop unfortunately cannot teach you that. BUT, I can show you how to cook a Hibachi dinner at home that will rival your favorite restaurant!
I pour this stuff all over the plate! It’s surprising that something so good is so easy to make with very few ingredients.
I use a two burner cast iron griddle for this. I love this thing! This allows me to cook two components of the Hibachi dinner at the same time. Make me feel like a real pro in these streets ! You can use separate pots, pans, woks, or even an electric griddle. No need to buy additional tools just for this. Use what you have!
