  • 2 cups chopped purple cabbage
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 cups water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon slices for garnish
