Ingredients
2 cups prepared macaroni and cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Butter for cooking
Instructions
Assemble the Quesadillas: On each tortilla, spread a portion of macaroni and cheese, crumbled bacon,
cheddar cheese, and green onions. Top with another tortilla.
Cook the Quesadillas: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes
per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Slice and serve these loaded quesadillas with sour cream or salsa!
