🧾 Ingredients (2–3 servings)
🧆 Meatballs
- 400g minced beef or chicken
- 1 small onion (finely grated or chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
🥔 Roasted potatoes
- 3 medium potatoes (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
🥒 Tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber (grated and squeezed dry)
- 1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

🔪 Instructions
1. Roast the potatoes
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
2. Prepare the meatballs
- In a bowl, mix minced meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
- Shape into small meatballs.
3. Cook meatballs
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs for 10–12 minutes, turning until browned and fully cooked inside.
- (Optional: bake at 200°C for 18–20 minutes instead.)
4. Make tzatziki
- Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
- Mix with yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill/mint, salt, and pepper.
- Chill for 10 minutes for best flavor.
5. Assemble the bowl
- Add roasted potatoes as base.
- Place meatballs on top.
- Add fresh vegetables around the bowl.
- Spoon tzatziki generously over everything.
