My carnivore casserole.

My carnivore casserole. It will last me for two weeks worth of work lunches.
2 lbs ground beef
8 eggs
8 oz shredded cheddar
3 oz bacon bits
35 slices pepperoni
Tapatio hot sauce
1 oz pack Cholula smoky chipotle taco seasoning
1 tbsp avocado oil
Brown ground beef with avocado oil. Place in a greased 9” x 13” baking dish. Beat 8 eggs & mix in hot sauce to taste. Pour eggs evenly over ground beef. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over ground beef & eggs. Evenly spread shredded cheddar over dish. Evenly spread bacon bits over dish. Place pepperonis on top (7 rows of 5). Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
