- ½ teaspoon olive oil (optional, for dry skin)
Equipment
- Small bowl
- Spoon

About the claim in the image
The advertisement claims people can look “20 years younger” using a kitchen recipe. There is no scientific evidence that any homemade face mask can produce such dramatic anti-aging effects. Homemade masks may temporarily improve hydration and skin texture, making skin appear smoother for a short time, but they cannot reverse wrinkles, sagging, or other age-related changes by decades.
If you’re interested in ingredients that have strong scientific evidence for improving signs of aging over time, I can also explain how retinoids, sunscreen, vitamin C, niacinamide, and moisturizers compare with homemade masks.
