- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Olive mix:
- ¾ cup mixed olives (green + black), finely chopped
- 1–2 tbsp olive brine (from the jar, for extra flavor)
Flavor boosters:
- 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

- 2 tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill (chopped)

Step-by-Step Instructions
1) Make the creamy base
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth.
- Whip well to make it light and creamy.
2) Add the olive flavor
- Stir in chopped olives and a little olive brine.
- Mix until evenly distributed.
3) Add seasoning
- Add garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Stir well to combine all flavors.
4) Finish & chill
- Fold in feta and fresh herbs (if using).
