- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 tub cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Beat 1 of the eggs with the cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla extract.

Spread this mixture evenly in an unbaked pie crust.

Sprinkle the nuts on top.

Next, beat the rest of the eggs with the brown sugar and corn syrup.

Pour this mixture over the nuts in the pie crust.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Turn the heat down to 375°F and bake for another 25 minute or until set.

Cool the pie on a wire rack, then cut into slices to serve.
