1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Add ice water 1 tbsp at a time until dough forms.
Shape into a disk, wrap, and chill 30 minutes.
Roll out and place into a 9-inch pie pan.
Dock with a fork and blind bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
Cool completely.
