Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Step 2: Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
Drain excess grease if needed.
Step 3: Sauté the Vegetables
Add the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

Reduce the heat to low.
Stir in:
- Cream cheese

- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Smoked paprika

- Black pepper
Mix until the cream cheese has melted and everything is well combined.

Layer the provolone cheese slices over the top.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese.
Step 6: Bake
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
