Air Fryer Ribeye Steak 🥩🔥

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 1 ribeye steak (about 1–1½ inches thick)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1. Bring Steak to Room Temperature

  • Remove the ribeye from the refrigerator 20–30 minutes before cooking.

2. Season the Steak

  1. Pat the steak dry with paper towels.

  2. Rub both sides with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika evenly.


3. Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat to 200°C (400°F) for 3–5 minutes.


4. Cook the Ribeye

  1. Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  2. Cook at 200°C (400°F):
