  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme or oregano

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Mustard Cream Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard (optional, for texture)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


🥣 Instructions


1. Prepare the Salmon

  1. Cut salmon into bite-size cubes (about 1–1½ inches).

  2. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon juice.


2. Cook the Salmon Bites

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add salmon in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

  3. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  4. Remove salmon from pan and set aside.


3. Make the Mustard Cream Sauce

  1. Reduce heat to medium.

  2. Add butter and olive oil to the same skillet.

  3. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Stir in Dijon and whole-grain mustard.

  5. Pour in cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes, stirring.

  6. Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  7. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.


4. Combine

  1. Return salmon bites to the skillet.

  2. Gently spoon sauce over salmon.

  3. Simmer 1–2 minutes until everything is warmed and coated.
